Gande Gande Latifey........Brruuuaaaahhhhhh!!!!!
A guy is riding the bus when at a stop, the most beautiful woman he has ever seen gets on. The only problem is that she is a nun. He decides to approach her anyway. "Sister, you are the most beautiful woman I've ever seen and I must have sex with you." he says. "I'm sorry but I've given my body to God" she replies and then leaves. Suddenly the bus driver turns around to the guy and says "I know a way you can get her in the sack." It was a good game.....but there were some dissapointments especially in our bowling and fielding departments

Points to be noted
1) Never set a defensive field after scoring 300 odd runs......How many teams have chased 300 runs in riley park before???
2) Middle order Batsmen did a good job as they took their responsibility to score runs when the openers failed.
3) Partnerships......key point and I think we won the match because of the partnerships we had
4) Bowling.....Guys u got to be more disciplined; Teams like Canasia, United or St. Johns would rip us apart if u bowl the crap that u bowled in this game!!!!!!! (think about it)
5) Fielding was pathetic......u guys have to look alive, bowlers can't do anything if u drop catches and we need proper and consistent slip fielders.......Slip fielding is not something that anyone can do.......u cannot change ur slip fielders, place those fielders who r comfortable at that position!!!!
6) Lastly....Guys listen to ur captain, he's there for a reason.....if he puts u in a fielding position and u don't feel comfortable....go tell him that!! Why wait? Bcoz there r simple catches that r getting dropped which tells me that u r not comfortable there.

Game Against Cavs 2
Congrats Guys.......it was a good win against cavs 2 but we still need to improve ourselves.
- First of all, Dhami paaji and Dev bhai played excellent cricket
- Dhami paaji batted beautifully as he understood the situation at each and every step very well.....he knew when to attack or hold back according to the situation (this is a sign of a great batsman).......He had 3 crucial patnerships with Akash, Robby and Dev Bhai
- Dhami paaji fielded well too as we saw him diving and throwing himself around to stop the ball
- Dev bhai's bowling was incredible and I have no words to describe it, as we all know that he's the best bowler in the province.....and to play him or even survive his bowling u need to be a gr8 batsman
- He also delivered with the bat.....he played beautifully with Sunny to build last wicket patnership and got the team's total pass 300......good thinking cricket by both Sunny and Dev bhai as Sunny gave most of the strike to Dev who demolished oppositions bowling in the final overs
- NOW, I know this was our first match but our batting still needs improvements as 5 of our batsmen failed to deliver......but it was our first match and we shouldn't really worry about it much
- Akash played really well with Dhami to give us a great start......even though he was badly injured.......but the only thing he needs to learn is patience
- There are two things that one can do while batting: He can either watch the game from outside or get in there and play as long as he can........So remember that!!!!
- Sunny paaji........you're bowling was amazing and if you keep this bowling thruout the season.....I can assure u that u will b one of the candidates for the best bowler of the season [It was one of the best bowling spells I have ever seen!!!!!]
- FIELDING...........guys we need to concentrate on it......this was a weak team but teams like Canasia, United and St. johns would take advantage of our fielding.......I want everyone to be on their toes and keep charging as the bowler delivers the bowl.........Always expect the ball to come to u......concentrate on the ball.....and please don't drop catches.....It really hurts

Batting Order Discussions
Guys....I saw that there were 5 suggestions for batting order from our team members
- The top order is definately decided as most ppl chose Dhami, Akash & Jasdeep for these spots.
- The lower order is also pretty much laid out with Sunny D at 9, Dev at 10 and Ronnie at 11.
- According to ur reviews it seems like u guys prefer Nouman to be in the team for d first match ahead of Zarhan and Harry paaji and the reasons u gave r just too as he's young, quick learner, aggressive and more.......All three are match winners and for a captain to decide between them is goin to b hard.....But ppl who r in d team should not forget that they can b given rest any day.......Batsmen and Bowlers will have to perform otherwise watch ur backs as there is a Batsman and a Bowler waiting in line to grasp the opportunity given to them
- Now the problem lies with Middle Order where there is a lot of confusion this season.....we have Rosy, Aman, Robby, Jagan & Nouman.........Who should bat where and what role should he play???
- Robby hasn't practiced much so it would be fair enough to drop him lower down the order, probably at 6......Moreover, Jagan wants to bat at 7.........which leaves spots 4,5,8 which have to be filled by Nouman, Rosy and Aman.....??????????????
Please give ur suggestions asap as these will b discussed on Friday's team meeting

Game against Minnows
hey guys.....i made a slight mistake as our first game is against Cavaliers 2 and not Canasia
Some of u would b taking it lightly but cavaliers 2 can upset some big teams, if they all performed together......they r exactly like Bangladesh who have problems with consistency
we want to start our season positively but at the same time shouldn't be over-confident against them........this might be our only weakness.........i can give u quite a few examples where we have failed or were over-confident against our opposition.......(first match against cavaliers last year.....we had our balls in our mouth thruout d match.....and another match that i remember very well was against caribs when we scored around 100 runs batting first)
Here r some tips from my side: (leave ur comments regarding them or give any suggestions)

- Bowl first as Preds' weakness has always been Bowling.......we put our bowling under pressure and last year they were quite successful
- Our main strength is our Batting which is why i think we should put our batting under pressure by chasing.......We will have a target in mind which as a batsman i always think that it is an advantage
- Batting and Bowling order should not be changed for at least first 3 games.......as everyone should be comfortable at their position
- ROLES? - this is one of Preds' major concern......each person is smart enough to know his own role...............if u have any questions contact dada/Jagan bout it and ask him frankly as to what u should b doing, and if u r doing as he says then their shouldn't b any problem
Guys...our game is only a week away so stay focussed and play with a winning spirit.....and remember that a Predator always hunts others......Brruuuaaaaahhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BIG GAME COMING UP
hey everyone.......there's some good news
The season's starting soon and we have our first match on April 28 against Canasia
Guys it's going to be tough but I know we can do it.....we have enough talent to take down any team in alberta and we proved it last year but don't just sit back and relax now.......
We will have to work extremely hard on our batting and fielding skills.......
Note to Captain and Vice-captain....please give everyone their fielding positions......Rosy paaji should be given the position at "Point" as he's the best fielder we have in our side......Akash and Aman paaji are really good out-fielders........Therefore, we will have to take these points into consideration and plan accordingly.
PS : I need some feedbacks about setting up batting order....we will have to participate and give our inputs so that they are shared with everyone.....it just takes 2 min and choose "anonymous" if u don't want ur name to appear.......no one will know who wrote the message....

Batting Order
